Karen Hardee

Dr. Karen Hardee served as team lead for Itad on the independent evaluation of the Challenge Initiative. She is a social demographer expert in research and evaluation and in evidence to inform policy and programming, focusing on sexual reproductive health, including family planning, and human rights-based programming. She has worked and consulted with a range of government, foundation and implementing partner organizations. She holds a PhD in Development Sociology from Cornell University.
