FPNN at NFPC 2024: Empowering Voices, Amplifying Impact

Dec 3, 2024

This week, the Family Planning News Network (FPNN) is proud to support the 8th Nigeria Family Planning Conference (NFPC 2024) by spotlighting powerful storytelling and transformative advocacy. In collaboration with Nigeria Health Watch, FPNN is amplifying media and messaging to elevate critical discussions on sustaining commitments to family planning and achieving FP2030 goals.

As part of this initiative, we are thrilled to support three dynamic community reporters who bring diverse perspectives to the forefront:

  • Esenam Amuzu, ICFP Trailblazer, FPNN Community Anchor, and reproductive health advocate.
  • Justina Asishana, journalist with The Nation Newspaper, known for insightful reporting on health and development issues.
  • Emiene Erameh, a prolific voice from Allwomen Media, championing gender-focused storytelling.

Together, these reporters will provide in-depth coverage, capturing the essence of the conference’s plenary sessions, high-level dialogues, and stakeholder engagement. Their work will not only document progress but inspire continued action toward a future where family planning is accessible to all.

Stay tuned in to FPNN for real-time updates, stories, and features from NFPC 2024 as we work to amplify the collective voice for reproductive health and rights in Nigeria.
