WHGI’s Christina Cherel Honored with 2024 PFRH Staff Citizenship Award

The William H. Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health proudly announces that Christina Cherel, Senior Technical Advisor, has been awarded the 2024 PFRH Staff Citizenship Award. This recognition celebrates Christina’s outstanding dedication, hard work, and significant contributions to the PFRH community.

Recognition and Appreciation

Cynthia Minkovitz, Chair of the Department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health (PFRH), highlighted Christina’s volunteer efforts, including representing PFRH on the BSPH Staff Assembly, and her exemplary communication skills that connect people to valuable resources and create growth opportunities for colleagues. Christina’s efforts have been instrumental in advancing informed decision-making and fostering a collaborative environment within the WH Gates Institute and PFRH Department.
