Cathy is an experienced public health leader with a passion for creating programs that work. Strong skills in program design, implementation and evaluation, strategic planning and business development, fundraising, financial management, and proposal development. She was the resident senior advisor/country representative for family planning/COVID/GHS SBC initiatives in the Philippines from 2019 through 2023. Health areas include family planning and reproductive health, maternal and infant health, child and adolescent health, rare diseases, COVID-19, infectious diseases, and NCDs. Cathy raised over US$ 1 billion in new business for the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs and enjoys the business development process. Passionate about design thinking, clear writing, social justice, improving quality of life and well-being, and health for all, not just the few.
