Aanuoluwatimileyin (Timi) Ajayi
Master's Student | Graduate AssistantAanuoluwatimileyin Ajayi, MD is a Graduate Assistant at the William H. Gates Sr. Institute for Population and Reproductive Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He is also a Physician and Master of Public Health candidate at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, focusing on health policy systems and structures that improve healthcare accessibility and affordability for underserved populations.
At the Institute, Timi manages youth elements and sponsorships for the International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP), the largest FP-focused scientific meeting globally, and for regional drumbeat events that amplify local youth-focused priorities. Previously, He worked with UNICEF’s Generation Unlimited, the 100K Club, and Campus Health and Rights Initiative (CHRI) in Nigeria, where he spearheaded initiatives that empowered young people, especially women with resources and education on their reproductive health and rights. His efforts were pivotal in fostering youth-centered approaches to health advocacy and addressing systemic barriers to SRHR.
Timi's work is driven by a commitment to creating sustainable and inclusive healthcare solutions. His multidisciplinary approach combines clinical practice, public health research, and policy development expertise to champion equity-driven solutions that enhance health outcomes.
