In her role as Sr. Program Officer for the William H. Gates Sr. Institute for Population and Reproductive Health, Kellie works to ensure that the multiple global programs and platforms housed within the Institute work synergistically with local partners within the countries in which we work across the globe to utilize science and scholarship to generate social change to advance universal, equitable access to sexual and reproductive health and rights. As the International Steering Committee Secretariat Chair for the International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP) platform, which includes the world's largest scientific conference on family planning and reproductive health, Kellie works with a dedicated community of over 40,000 researchers, policymakers, advocates, program implementers, youth leaders, donors, scientists, the private sector, and inter-faith leaders to ensure that they are able to come together, both online and in person, to share innovative research and best practices; celebrate individual, organizational, and country achievements; and collaborate to accelerate progress toward family planning for all.

Kellie brings her experience working with highly trusted entities such as Johns Hopkins University, Discovery Communications (Discovery Health Channel, FitTV, Planet Green), Indiana University, ABC Inc., and the Walt Disney Company to create successful movements for social change through the building of communities via innovative and collaborative large-scale events and digital media communication elements that inform and inspire, helping to change narratives through the power of storytelling.
