Ms. Shana Kagan is the Capacity Strengthening Program Officer at PMA and is responsible for coordinating and leading the Technical Knowledge Exchange (TKX) initiative. She received her Masters’ in Demography and Nursing from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and the University of Minnesota, respectively. Prior to joining PMA, she worked in HIV at the Midwest AIDS Training and Education Center and as a bedside nurse in Emergency Medicine.
