Christina Cherel is a Senior Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights Technical Advisor at Bill & Melinda Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she leads advocacy and communications for sexual and reproductive health research and programs in the Global South. She has served on the Secretariat for the International Conference on Family Planning since 2018, leading communications for the world's largest scientific convening of FP advocates, researchers, community leaders, and young people.
